PoolJournal is the simple, offline-first way to keep your pool healthy. It answers one question every day: what do I need to do to take care of my pool?

Built around a calendar, PoolJournal keeps your whole pool history and to‑do list in one place — no account, no sign‑up, and no internet required. Your data stays on your device.

WATER TESTS MADE EASY
Record Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid, salt, and water temperature. PoolJournal instantly shows a clear 🟢 Good / 🟡 Needs attention / 🔴 Critical status for each reading, so you know at a glance whether your water is balanced — no charts or math required.

• Free chlorine targets automatically adjust to your CYA (stabilizer) level
• Combined chlorine is calculated for you (Total − Free)
• Works for both chlorine and saltwater pools
• Saltwater pools can track salt level and SWG (chlorinator) output %

MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
Never forget a task again. Create recurring reminders — daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom interval — and get a notification when each one is due.

• One‑tap starter set: test water, clean skimmer, brush, vacuum, clean filter, clean salt cell
• Mark tasks done and they roll forward to the next occurrence
• Overdue and due‑today tasks appear right on your dashboard

CALENDAR‑FIRST
See everything on one calendar: past water tests, logged events, completed tasks, and upcoming reminders. Tap any day to see exactly what happened — and what's coming up.

LOG EVENTS
Record pool parties, guests, heavy use, or service visits with a duration, so your history tells the full story of your pool.

LOCAL WEATHER
See current weather right on your dashboard to help plan maintenance. (Optional — grant location to enable it; the rest of the app works fully offline.)
