ShepherdCare turns any Android phone into an AI-powered care monitor. Get instant caregiver alerts when a loved one falls or leaves their bed — no wearables, no subscriptions, no strings attached.

TWO AI MONITORING MODES IN ONE APP

📍 Fall Detection — For wheelchair users
Mount your phone facing the wheelchair. The AI watches for falls in real time and sends instant alerts to your Telegram. Also monitors for prolonged stillness (pressure sore risk) and agitation.

📍 Bed Exit Alert — For fall-risk patients
Draw the bed area on the phone screen. ShepherdCare watches quietly and alerts you the moment the person leaves the bed — so you can respond before a fall happens. Sitting on the edge with feet on the floor is fine — no alarm.

INSTANT CAREGIVER ALERTS

When something happens, you're notified immediately via Telegram — wherever you are. Multiple caregivers can be alerted at the same time. Alerts include the type of event so you know whether to check in or come running.

WHY SHEPHERDCARE?

✓ NO WEARABLES — the person being cared for doesn't wear anything. The AI runs entirely on the phone.
✓ NO INTERNET ON THE MONITORED PHONE — camera analysis happens on-device. Only alerts are sent out.
✓ PRIVATE — no video streaming, no cloud recording. Just alerts.
✓ AFFORDABLE — one subscription covers both monitoring modes.
✓ REPURPOSE OLD PHONES — turns any Android device into a care monitor.

WHO IS IT FOR?

- Family caregivers of elderly parents at risk of falling
- Caregivers of wheelchair users
- Home care of stroke, dementia, and post-surgery patients
- Care homes and small assisted-living operators
- Anyone worried about a loved one who's alone at home

HOW IT WORKS

1. Install on an old or spare Android phone
2. Mount the phone with a clear view of the person or bed
3. Configure your Telegram caregiver channel
4. Start monitoring — the AI does the rest

ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS

We continuously improve detection accuracy and add new features based on caregiver feedback.

IMPORTANT — NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE

ShepherdCare is a monitoring aid, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Detection is based on camera pose analysis and may miss events or produce false alerts. Do not rely on this app as the sole means of monitoring or emergency response. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
