Dragon Boat Lineup is the fast, offline-first way for coaches and team captains to build balanced crews and share race-day lineups in seconds.

No account. No cloud. No GPS tracking. Your roster, weights and lineups stay on your phone — nothing to sign up for, nothing to sync, and nothing your paddlers have to install.

Built by paddlers, for paddlers.

NEW LOOK, BUILT FOR THE DOCK
• A calmer, high-contrast design that stays readable in bright sun, in light and dark mode
• Crew, Lineups, Regattas and Team tabs. A "Next race" card on Lineups opens Race Day in one tap

PLAN YOUR CREW
• Manage multiple teams and rosters in one place
• Track each paddler's weight and preferred paddling side
• Add drummers and steers, not just paddlers

BUILD BALANCED LINEUPS
• The boat is drawn as numbered rows from drummer to steer, marked by zone
• Tap a paddler, then a seat, to place them. Tap two seats to swap, or swap the sides of a whole row
• Live left / right weight balance as you assign seats
• Bow-to-stern trim too: see when the boat is front- or back-heavy by weight, and get a suggestion to swap two whole rows (for example rows 3 and 7) in one tap. It is advisory only and easy to undo
• Left / right balance within each zone — Stroke, Engine room and Rockets — so you can see which part of the boat leans
• Side-preference hints so paddlers sit where they're strongest
• Save multiple lineup versions and compare your options

RACE DAY READY
• Race Day screen with a big start-time sign, checks for crew count, drummer and steer, sides and trim, and a "Ready" seal when nothing blocks the race
• Show to crew: a full-screen landscape view of names for the dock
• Share the lineup as an image (names only, no weights) or as text
• Organize regattas, including multi-day festivals, with the running order by day
• Built-in calendar of major dragon boat events, with organiser links
• Keep the screen awake on the start line
• Mark "Did Not Start" (DNS) for one race, one day or the whole regatta without losing a paddler's seat
• Your race plan for the distance shows on the race-day screen

RACE DAY PAPERWORK
• Crew declaration for the organiser: names, roles and registration numbers per entry, with reserves and the crew-list limit
• In any of the app's six languages, as text or a spreadsheet file
• Mark it submitted, and the app warns before you put anyone not on the entry form in a boat
• Optional gender for Mixed crews: a women count in the editor and an F/M column on Mixed declarations

COACHING TOOLS
• Crew usage: races, practices and scratches per paddler across the season
• Seat-race swaps between two boats, with margins logged and a one-tap swap back

SHARE IN ONE TAP
• Export any lineup as clean, readable text or as an image
• Send to WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, email — anywhere your team chats

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE
• No account and no cloud sync — rosters, weights, notes and lineups are stored only on this phone
• Works fully offline
• Back up and restore to move to a new phone
• Switch freely between kg and lb
• Full English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), Japanese (日本語), Filipino, Thai (ไทย) and German (Deutsch) support
• Optional usage and crash reports help us fix bugs. They never include names, weights, notes or lineups, and you can switch them off in Team > Settings > Privacy

Free to use. If it helps your team, you can leave an optional one-time tip to support ongoing development — always optional, never required.

Paddles up! 🐉
