You know strength matters. What you need is a clear plan you can actually stick to, with the support of women who understand this stage of life.

Simple Strength is strength training for women over 40, built around real life.
Two 30 minute workouts a week, a very clear plan to follow, and two trainers in every workout, so whether you’re just getting started or want to challenge yourself more, you’ve always got someone to follow.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
No hundreds of workouts to scroll through. No deciding what to do. No wondering what comes next. Never lifted weights before? Perfect. You don’t need to know how to strength train. We’ve done the thinking. Workouts are numbered for the month so all you need to do is open the app and press play.

TWO 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS A WEEK IS ENOUGH.
Designed for real life & consistency. Train at home with eight new follow along workouts each month.

TWO TRAINERS IN EVERY WORKOUT.
One keeps things simple and beginner friendly, while the other shows you how to make it more challenging. You choose what feels right for you that day.

DO YOU OFTEN STOP START WITH EXERCISE? NO MORE STARTING OVER.
Miss a week or two? Life happens. Just come back. Just pick up where you left off, your next workout is waiting, with no catching up and ZERO guilt.

STRENGTH FOR THE LIFE YOU WANT TO KEEP LIVING.
Strength itself isn’t the goal. The life it lets you keep living is. Carry the shopping without thinking about it. Climb the hill. Keep up with the people you love. That’s what we strength train for.

TRAIN WITH US.
We’re Erin and Amelia, two Kiwi sisters and two unlikely personal trainers. Neither of us grew up sporty. We are not fitness obsessed but we love life, being outdoors with our friends & family, walking the hills and heading off on adventures, and we train to keep doing exactly that.

Expect a bit of banter, plenty of encouragement, and workouts that feel more like training with friends.
