OSM is the official coaching app from Coach Osama.

Your personalised training plan, your nutrition plan, your progress and your coach — all in one place. Open the app and you know exactly what to do today. No spreadsheets, no scrolling back through chat history to find last week's plan.

YOUR PLAN, EVERY DAY
Today's workout and today's meals, laid out the moment you open the app. Built for you by your coach and updated as you progress — not a generic template.

TRAINING THAT MAKES SENSE
Follow structured sessions with sets, reps, target RPE and coach notes on every exercise. Log your weights as you go, use the built-in rest timer between sets, and build a training history you can actually look back on.

NUTRITION YOU CAN LIVE WITH
Real food, real portions, macros matched to your goal. See your protein, carbs and fats at a glance, tick meals off as you eat them, and watch your targets adjust as your body changes.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Submit your weight, measurements and progress photos each week. Your coach reviews every check-in and adapts your programme — so the plan keeps moving with you instead of going stale after month one.

MESSAGE YOUR COACH DIRECTLY
Ask questions, send form videos, get real answers. Everything stays in one thread instead of getting buried in a crowded inbox.

SEE THE PROGRESS
Twelve weeks of body weight, measurements and side-by-side photos in a single view. On the days you can't feel the change, the data shows it.

STREAKS, POINTS AND CHALLENGES
Earn points for every session, meal and check-in you log. Keep your daily streak alive, take part in monthly challenges, and climb the OSM leaderboard alongside the rest of the squad.

BUILT FOR CONSISTENCY
Reminders keep your workouts, meals and check-ins on schedule — because results come from showing up, not from perfect weeks.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your progress photos, measurements and check-ins are visible to you and your coach only. No ads, no analytics trackers, no selling your data. Ever.
