SOMOTE is a curated collection of research-backed tools for manifesting and mindset shifting. You decide what you want. SOMOTE puts it in front of you hundreds of times a day, on top of whatever you are doing, so it becomes what you believe. Binaural beats (brain entrainment) and bilateral sound (bilateral stimulation) help you reach the state of mind you want, fast. Pop in your earbuds and quickly get the level of calm or focus you desire. Try it as you drift off to sleep, during meditation, or to wake your mind up in the morning.

MANIFESTING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
SOMOTE is built on research, not mysticism.
• Repetition: statements people meet again and again are judged as more true. SOMOTE gives you that repetition all day.
• Sensory detail: memory research shows that memories of real events carry more sensory detail than imagined ones. "When... I..." phrases give your goals that detail.
• Speed: in one hour on your phone, SOMOTE shows your affirmations more times than a month of mornings trying to convince yourself in front of the mirror.
Mirror work, journaling and vision boards ask you to stop and set aside time. Many methods ask you to not only invest time, but also conjure up feelings you can't yet connect to. Once SOMOTE is on, it works while you scroll, text and work. Your mind subconsciously makes the connections and fills in the gaps without extra effort.

ALSO FOR WINDOWS
Keep your affirmations in front of you on your computer, too, with SOMOTE for Windows. Get it at somote.app.

HEADPHONES AND SAFETY
Binaural beats and bilateral sound both need stereo headphones/earbuds.
For relaxation and focus, not medical treatment. Do not use it while driving or doing anything that might risk the safety of you or others. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, ask your provider first.

PRIVACY
SOMOTE respects your privacy. You sign in with Google, or with your email and a 6-digit code, with no password. You can back up your Playlists, phrases and settings to your account whenever you choose. Your photos, voice recordings and videos stay on your device. SOMOTE doesn't track how you use it, shows no ads and never sells or shares your data.
