Sway estimates your blood alcohol curve from what you log: past, present, and where it is projected to go. You notice when your pace is about to overshoot your own target.

Most trackers treat a drink as a checkbox and give you one number. Sway simulates your night minute by minute: drinks are sipped over time, food slows absorption, and the curve keeps moving after your last sip. You see where you have been, where you are now, and where tonight is heading, with an honest uncertainty band around the projection. The simulation is built on peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic research.

- Log a drink in two taps; backdate it or plan it ahead with one slider
- A live chart shows your estimated level, your own target zone, and the projection
- Log food too and watch it flatten the curve
- See an estimate of when you'll be sober again
- Heavy, call-like vibration reminders when you haven't checked in, built to cut through a loud night (respects Do Not Disturb)
- Discreet mode, one switch: neutral notification wording, hidden from the lock screen
- Morning-after summary: the night's curve, plus optional ratings that show you, over time, how heavier nights actually rate
- Stats and insights across weeks and months: alcohol per day, session peaks, time in zone, sober streaks
- Full history: reopen any night, fix a forgotten drink, and the curve recomputes

Private by design: no account, no ads, no server. Your drinking log never leaves your device. History rides Android's own end-to-end encrypted backup, so it survives a phone switch.
