We've used calorie counters too.

Don't log meals. Just talk.

Say what you ate. Show a restaurant menu. The app answers with what's actually in your kitchen — the pack in the fridge, not a guess from a photo of the plate.

WE DON'T SELL WEIGHT LOSS
No crash diet. No guilt. You might lose weight, or not. That's yours. We sell a way to keep tracking without keeping a food diary.

WHY DIARIES FAIL
A 2026 JMIR review of 68 studies found the most-used calorie tracker falling from 5.4 to 1.4 days of logging per week (weeks 1–4 vs 5–12). Fifteen to twenty minutes a day typing meals. That's the tool failing, not you. [JMIR 2026]

WHAT'S DIFFERENT
• There is no logging screen. You talk.
• Home-cooked meals use the food in your pantry — the real pack, the real size.
• When you say "I had a protein yogurt", it knows which one: the 300g banana pack at home.
• Calories and macros come from official food databases. You can open the source in the app. Papers and books are in References.

STOCK AND COOK (THEY FEED EAT)
Photograph a receipt: products, amounts, dates. Paste a recipe link: it imports, fills in nutrition, and the shopping list only adds what you don't already have. Less waste. Each recipe card shows how it fits your goals today. Cook up to 5 recipes at once in one Flow, steps in order.

SCIENCE
Every claim in the app has a source you can open — a paper, a book, an official database. The engines started with nutrition and grew from there.
The app estimates whether you're in a stretch of using fat or storing it, from what you ate — source visible in the app. Not a crystal ball.

BODY
On Pro, Body reads Health Connect: sleep, workouts (including distance), resting heart rate, heart rate during exercise, calories burned, and weight. Those signals sit next to what you ate. We do not write to Health Connect.
