Strand is the hybrid training app and workout log for people who lift, run and swim. Track GPS runs, log every gym session and swim, count calories with a barcode scanner and train with your friends, all in one app.

Most workout apps only care about one sport. If you do strength work and cardio, your week ends up split across three apps that don't talk to each other. Strand puts it all in one training log, so you can see your whole week and spot when a hard leg day is about to clash with tomorrow's run.

GPS RUN TRACKER
• Track outdoor runs with GPS: live distance, pace and time
• Set a distance or time goal, with audio cues every kilometre
• Route map, km splits and heart rate for every run
• Live run card in your notifications while you run
• Treadmill mode for indoor runs
• Share a run image with your route and stats

ONE WORKOUT LOG FOR GYM, RUNNING AND SWIMMING
• Gym: log sets, reps and weight, with a library of 180+ exercises and total volume worked out for you
• Swimming: log laps, pool length and stroke
• Personal records: set PRs and watch your history build
• Repeat your last workout in one tap with Strand Plus

SYNC YOUR WATCH
• Connect Health Connect to import runs, swims and gym sessions from Garmin, WHOOP, Samsung, Pixel Watch and more, with heart rate and calories
• Your Strand runs save back to Health Connect

NUTRITION ALONGSIDE YOUR TRAINING
• Barcode scanner: scan a food and it logs itself, with calories and macros filled in
• Calorie counter and macro tracker (protein, carbs and fat)
• 300+ food library, so there's no guesswork
• Daily calorie and macro targets, plus water tracking with Strand Plus
• Training-day nudges when you've logged a session and should eat more to recover

TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
• Add friends and share your sessions to the feed
• React to PRs and comment on workouts
• Weekly leaderboards with friends, or climb the global leaderboard for gym, running or swimming
