Remember what you lifted last time. Strength Save is a workout log for recording weights, reps and rest periods, planning your sessions and following your progress.

During your workout
• Your previous result beside each set to help you choose a weight.
• Working sets, warm-up sets, supersets and notes.
• Rest timer notifications when your screen is locked, with the required permissions enabled.
• Quick workouts when you want to train without a program.
• Offline workout logging that syncs when your connection returns.

Plan the weeks ahead
Choose a ready-made program or build your own. Browse exercises with written instructions. Reschedule sessions, swap exercises and keep the history of your previous training cycles.

See your progress
Compare weeks and months, check your exercise history and track personal records. Review completed workouts, sets and training volume. Add body measurements and progress photos if you also want to follow changes in your physique.

Health Connect
With your permission, save completed workout sessions to Health Connect. You can also read your latest body weight and confirm it before adding it to your measurements. These features are optional and require Health Connect to be available on your device.

Bring your training history
Import workout CSV files from Strong or Hevy. Export your data and create PDF reports. Use kilograms or pounds and switch between English and Polish.

PRO subscription
The app is free to download. Starting workouts requires active PRO access, such as a subscription or trial. Monthly and annual plans are available. The price and any eligible trial appear before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage Google Play purchases in Google Play subscription settings. Sign in to the same Strength Save account to use your existing PRO access across supported devices.
