TAQIO turns your Android phone into a complete race timing system. Time running races, cycling and MTB events, triathlons, cross-country skiing and more — without expensive timing hardware or a laptop.

RECORD PASSINGS THE WAY THAT FITS YOUR RACE
• Manual — tap a participant's name or bib number the moment they cross the line
• QR codes — scan bibs with the phone camera; generate printable codes right in the app
• NFC — participants hold a chip, wristband, sticker or card to the phone
• RFID — connect a USB or Bluetooth reader, including long-range UHF readers that pick up participants from a distance

EVERY START FORMAT
• Mass start — one tap starts the clock for everyone
• Wave start — each category starts on its own schedule
• Individual start — every participant gets their own start time, ideal for time trials

BUILT FOR REAL RACE CONDITIONS
• Works offline — records are saved on the phone and sync automatically when the signal returns
• Multi-lap races and split checkpoints
• Duplicate protection ignores accidental double records
• Fix a mistake instantly from the recent records panel
• Lost or dead chip? Record that participant by hand while the reader keeps listening

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Share your event's public page and let participants sign up themselves in a web browser — they don't need the app. Bib numbers are assigned automatically, with no duplicates.

LIVE RESULTS FOR EVERYONE
Results update live on a public web page that participants and spectators can follow from any phone, with no account. Browse overall standings, results by category, or search by name or bib number. Add a YouTube or Facebook live stream and it shows up on the results page.

AFTER THE RACE
Mark results as final and collect NFC or RFID chips back from participants — the app checks off every returned chip and shows how many are still missing.

FREE TO START
TAQIO is free for events with up to 5 participants — perfect for trying it out. A monthly or yearly subscription removes the limit for all of your events.
