TMEIC Pulse Mobile digitalizes the truck journey before and during a terminal visit.

The app connects Drivers, Carriers and terminal operations through a digital workflow that starts before the truck reaches the physical gate.

Drivers can access relevant Orders, Appointments or Terminal Visits, complete Mobile Check-In, provide vehicle and cargo-related information, receive validation feedback, interact digitally with the gate process and access their Digital Ticket.

Resolve issues before reaching the terminal
Many operational incidents begin with missing, incorrect or inconsistent information that is only discovered when the truck is already at the gate.

Pulse Mobile moves part of this validation earlier in the journey.

At supported terminals, available visit, vehicle and cargo information can be validated before arrival. When missing or inconsistent information is identified, Drivers and Trucking Companies can be informed so corrective action can be taken before reaching the terminal.

This helps reduce avoidable gate incidents, unnecessary manual intervention and disruption to daily terminal operations.

Prepare before arrival
Depending on the terminal configuration, Pulse Mobile supports:

Order, Appointment or Terminal Visit visibility

Mobile Check-In

Vehicle, chassis, container and cargo-related data capture

Pre-Arrival Validation

Validation and mismatch feedback

Push notifications and operational alerts

The objective is simple:

Prepare. Validate. Correct. Arrive ready.

Connect digitally with the gate
Pulse Mobile extends the digital journey into the terminal gate process.

Depending on the terminal configuration, the app supports:

Secure Driver onboarding and authenticated access

QR-based Driver and gate interaction

Digital Gate-In

Digital Tickets

Ticket export

Terminal information, FAQs and support content

Designed for terminal integration
Pulse Mobile is designed to connect with the terminal’s existing operational ecosystem rather than operate as an isolated Driver app.

It can integrate with:

Terminal Operating Systems (TOS)

Gate Operating Systems (GOS)

TMEIC AutoGate environments

OCR systems

Existing Order, Appointment and Work Order processes

The TOS remains the operational source of truth where applicable.

Progressive digitalization
Pulse Mobile complements existing terminal infrastructure and allows digital workflows to be introduced progressively.

This supports a hybrid operating model in which mobile workflows can work together with existing gate processes and fallback procedures where required.

Key advantages
Pre-arrival validation
Identify potential missing or inconsistent information before the truck reaches the gate.

Earlier issue resolution
Give Drivers and Trucking Companies the opportunity to address identified issues before they become operational incidents at the terminal.

Reduced manual intervention
Move suitable information capture and validation away from the physical gate process.

Connected Driver journey
Bring visit visibility, Check-In, validation, gate interaction, notifications and Digital Tickets into one mobile experience.

Integration with existing terminal systems
Connect the Driver journey with TOS, GOS, AutoGate and OCR environments.

Earlier operational visibility
Provide information about planned truck visits before activity takes place at the physical gate.

Available functionality depends on the configuration and operating model of each participating terminal.
