SMART WORKOUT TRACKING
Your sets come pre-loaded with targets based on your history. Hit them, adjust, or go heavier — TRY adapts either way. Move exercises anywhere in your workout and your targets re-tune to stay realistic.

THE END OF BORING WORKOUTS
Tell it "back and biceps, 40 minutes." Get a structured session matched to your gym's actual equipment — never random, never repetitive — so you keep progressing.

COPY. PASTE. TRAIN.
Paste any routine and TRY converts it into a fully trackable program — exercises, sets, reps, supersets, everything. Or describe your goals and the AI Program Builder writes a multi-week periodized plan just for you.

TYPE. SCAN. SNAP. LOGGED.
Type "chicken burrito bowl and a sweet tea" and it's logged. Scan a barcode or snap a photo and TRY does the macros, calories, and protein — no separate calorie counter needed. Adaptive TDEE keeps your calorie goal true to you as your body changes, and the Real Food Score rates your diet quality beyond just calories.

NEVER MISS A WEEK AGAIN
Set a weekly workout goal with your group and put a deposit behind it. Proofs are photo-verified — when the whole group hits their target, everyone wins their money back.

HEART RATE & RECOVERY
Connect Health Connect and every workout shows your average and peak heart rate and calories from your watch or wearable. Readiness compares last night's sleep, resting heart rate and HRV to your own 30-day norm — push, or ease in.

STATS YOU CAN ACT ON
Built for weight lifting and strength training: E1RM progression, strength trends, volume breakdowns, muscle group analysis, and personal fatigue profiles. Real data that tells you what's working and what's not.
