You run the house. Everyone else just opens a link.

Every shared house has one person holding it together. They remember whose week the kitchen is, answer "what's the wifi again?" for the fifth time, and send the rent text nobody wants to send. Usually that's you. You signed a lease, not a job as house manager.

TableCash makes that job easy. You set up the rent, chores and wifi once in the app, then text one link to the group chat. Nobody else needs the app. Each roommate taps the link, finds their name, and sees their own board on their phone or laptop.

THEIR BOARD ANSWERS THE TEXTS YOU'RE TIRED OF
• Their part of the rent and bills, the day it's due, and one button to pay it
• Chores take turns. Their turn sits on top, and they tap it when it's done
• Out of toilet paper? Anyone marks it out, and whoever's turn it is to buy sees it
• Wifi, door code and house rules, right there on their board
• Something broke? They tell you from the board, and everyone sees when it's fixed

REMINDERS, WITHOUT ANOTHER APP
You stop being the one who texts "rent's due." Rent day and their turns go in their calendar, and money reminders come by email with a link back to their board.

EVERYONE SEES EVERY DOLLAR
Roommates pay their share by card, and it goes straight to you. Or they mark that they sent it another way, and you confirm it. The house sees what came in and what went out. Nothing leaves without your okay.

MOVING OUT
Plan it in the app with the date and who's moving in. On that day, the new person takes over their part.

Free to download. Chores, reminders and house info are free. If your house pays by card, a TableCash fee of 3.5% plus $1.49 comes out of each card payment, or the person paying can add it on top.
