Taddoo is the booking app built for tattoo artists. Calendar, booking links, deposits, flash, consent forms, receipts and clients in one app, on your Android phone and tablet. No office software, no bot between you and your clients.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
- Day, 3-day, week, month and year views, always in your time zone. Zoom, swipe, and a red now-line shows where you are.
- Weekly schedule, time off, working hours per day and guest spots for when you travel.
- Private appointments block time in your calendar and your booking link, with no client and no price.
- Mirror your Google or Apple calendar: private events count as busy and are never offered as a slot. Your appointments show up in Google and Apple Calendar via a feed.
- Drag an appointment to move it, pull the edge to extend it. Reminders and deadlines follow along.

BOOKINGS WITHOUT THE BACK AND FORTH
- A personal booking link that follows your rules: you talk design, size and price on Instagram or WhatsApp like always, then you send the link. The client picks a free slot and pays the deposit. The relationship stays yours.
- Free consultation and touch-up links, bookable only in the hours you set.
- Deposit per appointment or per project, paid online via link or logged by hand for cash and bank transfer. No-show protection included.
- Automatic appointment reminders in your voice, so cancellations come early instead of never.
- Quick form for appointments and walk-ins: client, free slot, deposit, done.

YOUR OWN PAGE AND FLASH
- Link in bio at taddoo.com/@yourname: profile, book button, availability, aftercare, FAQ, portfolio links and social icons. Ten skins, fonts, colors and your own background image.
- Request form: clients send their idea, body placement, size, reference images and preferred day. Every request lands in your Requests tab with a push.
- Flash page: publish your designs with sizes, prices, duration and deposit. One-off or repeatable, taken flash gets marked automatically. A booked flash becomes an appointment with the design attached.
- Waitlists per location or your own lists like NYC or 2027. Contact, book or remove with one tap.
- Your page speaks 26 languages, and your texts are translated automatically.

MONEY AND PAPERWORK, HANDLED
- Checkout at the chair: final price, payment method, PDF receipt, shareable via WhatsApp or email.
- Tap to Pay: take card payments with just your phone, no reader needed.
- Cash, bank and up to eight payment methods of your own.
- Log expenses with the receipt scanner, sorted and ready for tax time. Export as an Excel list, ZIP or PDF financial report.
- Dashboard with revenue, utilization and a forecast for the coming months. Tap any number for details.

CONSENT WITHOUT PAPER
- Digital consent forms: the client scans a QR code and signs on their own phone, or with a finger on yours. The PDF stays archived with the client.
- Export all signed forms as a ZIP with a CSV overview.

CLIENTS AND PROJECTS
- Client records with history, notes, Instagram handle, contact channels and a document archive. CSV import.
- One project per request: images, booking link, appointments, deposit and consent form in one place.
- Multi-session pieces with linked appointments and a single deposit for the whole piece.
- Reference images in full screen, download one or all as a ZIP.

AND MORE
- Push notifications for bookings, requests, expiring links and a morning overview. Each one can be switched off.
- Works offline: no signal in the studio, you keep working and everything syncs on its own.
- Made for your phone, comfortable on a tablet too.
- Tutorials, setup assistant, searchable settings.
- Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian.
- Solo or with your studio team.
