Tally is a personal finance app built on zero-based budgeting: every dollar you earn has a job assigned. For people who want real control over their money, free of distractions and compromises on privacy.

FEATURES

- Zero-based budgeting (YNAB-style). Assign every income dollar to a category until "Available to Assign" reaches zero.

- Multi-currency with automatic conversion. Accounts and transactions in USD, JPY, EUR, and other major currencies. Daily exchange rates from the European Central Bank.

- Multiple account types: cash, debit, credit, savings. Transfers between accounts, including cross-currency with automatic conversion.

- Hierarchical categories with monthly budgeting, spend tracking against plan, and negative balance rollover.

- Reports with charts: category breakdown, monthly income vs expense, net worth over time.

- 100% offline-first. Your data lives on your device first. Log expenses without connectivity — at the store, on a plane, anywhere.

- No ads. No behavior tracking. No data selling.

- English and neutral Spanish, with automatic system language detection.

- Light, dark, or automatic theme.

- JSON-based backup and restore.

FREE TIER AND CLOUD SYNC

Tally is fully functional in its free tier, with no time limits. Every feature above works without paying anything.

The only optional feature is cloud sync, which enables automatic cloud backup and sync across all your devices:

- $2.99 USD per month
- $24.99 USD one-time, lifetime access

It's the only thing behind a paywall. No hidden features waiting for you to upgrade.

PRIVACY

Your financial information is sensitive, and Tally treats it that way. No advertising SDKs, no behavior tracking, no selling or sharing data with third parties. If you enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only from your authenticated account.

WHO IT'S FOR

Tally is built for people who want seriousness and control: professionals with income in multiple currencies, frequent travelers, expats, or anyone tired of finance apps cluttered with ads and features that distract from the only thing that matters — knowing where your money goes.
