Doom-Scrolling helps you break unconscious scrolling habits and take back control of your attention.

Most screen-time apps only show numbers after the damage is already done.
Doom-Scrolling is different.

Instead of just tracking usage, the app actively detects doom-scrolling behavior and gently interrupts autopilot scrolling before hours disappear.

Whether you're endlessly watching reels, scrolling feeds without thinking, or switching between apps out of habit, Doom-Scrolling helps you become aware of your behavior in real time.
