Dr Patient Record AI is a complete patient management system built for clinics — run your front desk, patient records, billing, and staff all from one app.

Built for multi-clinic use: each clinic gets its own fully isolated space for patients, staff, branding, and settings, all on the same secure app.

PATIENT RECORDS
• Register patients in seconds, with automatic duplicate detection so the same person never gets registered twice
• Quickly add family members sharing an address or phone with one-tap "copy patient"
• Search by name, mobile number, diagnosis, case file number, and more — results update as you type
• Filter by date range across visits, appointments, birth dates, and plan expiry

VISITS & MEDICAL RECORDS
• Record every visit with complaints, diagnosis, medicines, diet plan, and fees
• Follow-up visits auto-fill from the patient's last visit, so routine check-ins take seconds
• Full visit history per patient, with photos and documents attached to specific visits

BILLING & PAYMENTS
• Track fees per visit, with support for partial payments, advance/credit balances, and fee waivers
• Prepaid plans for patients who pay for a package up front, with expiry tracking
• A clinic-wide Pending Payments view shows exactly who owes what, most overdue first

APPOINTMENTS
• Every patient has an automatically tracked next-appointment date
• A dedicated Appointments view surfaces who's due to be seen soon
• Reschedule with one tap, no need to open the full patient form

WHATSAPP MESSAGING
• Send appointment reminders and balance-due reminders straight from a patient's record
• Fully customizable message templates with placeholders for patient name, appointment date, balance, and more

PHOTOS & DOCUMENTS
• Attach photos or documents to a patient or to a specific visit
• Capture from camera, photo library, or file upload

INSIGHTS & REPORTING
• Daily and trend views of collections, patient counts, and prepaid sales, with per-branch breakdowns
• A personal "My Collections" view for every staff member who takes payments
• Clinic-wide Payment Summary for owners and doctors

ROLE-BASED STAFF ACCESS
Every staff member gets exactly the access they need:
• Admins and Owners manage the whole clinic
• Doctors and Junior Doctors get full clinical access
• Receptionists and Junior Receptionists handle patients, payments, and appointments without clinical detail
• A Guest kiosk mode lets a front-desk tablet handle unattended self-registration

SECURITY
• Sign in with Google, protected by biometric app lock (fingerprint/Face ID)
• Every clinic's data is kept completely separate from every other clinic's
• Staff role changes and account status changes are logged with who made the change and when

CUSTOMIZATION
• Five visual themes, including a High Contrast option for accessibility
• Upload your clinic's own logo and branding
• Configure multiple branches/locations per clinic

Whether you run a single clinic or manage several locations, Dr Patient Record AI keeps your patient records, billing, and staff organized in one place — built for how clinics actually work day to day.
