Snuggli is a culturally grounded wellbeing companion created with African youth in mind.

When life feels confusing, heavy or simply hard to explain, Snuggli helps you understand the moment, choose the kind of support you want and take a useful next step.

MEET ARABA

Talk things through with Araba, Snuggli’s AI companion. Araba can listen, offer perspective, help you make a decision, turn a difficult situation into practical next steps, or guide you towards human support when appropriate. You choose how direct, gentle, faith-aware or culturally familiar the conversation should feel.

SUPPORT FOR RIGHT NOW

• Start from Today and tell Snuggli what is happening in your own words
• Check in with five simple mood choices
• Use a short grounding exercise when you need to settle
• Take one manageable next step instead of facing everything at once

REFLECT IN YOUR OWN WAY

Write privately, record a voice reflection, revisit past entries and notice meaningful patterns over time. Your privacy and personalisation choices are available in the app’s Privacy Centre.

BUILD YOUR JOURNEY

Create gentle goals, plan for difficult days and track progress without pressure or streak shame.

STAY CONNECTED TO PEOPLE

Soft Circle helps you organise trusted people you may want to contact. Snuggli also provides dedicated routes to professional and urgent support where available.

CULTURALLY GROUNDED

Snuggli is designed to better understand African contexts, especially Ghanaian English and familiar ways of expressing stress, family pressure, relationships, faith, work, school and everyday life. You can correct Araba when something does not sound like you.

IMPORTANT

Snuggli supports wellbeing and reflection. Araba is an AI companion, not a therapist, doctor or emergency service. Snuggli does not diagnose conditions or replace professional care. If you may be in immediate danger, use Urgent Help or contact local emergency services.
