The Fit Class is your AI personal trainer, creating personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance and ongoing coaching around your goals, experience, equipment and lifestyle.

Unlike a basic AI workout generator that creates a plan and leaves you to it, The Fit Class is designed to provide ongoing personal training support. Track your workouts and progress, receive weekly coaching and adapt your training as you progress.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, improve your fitness or simply stop guessing what to do in the gym, your AI personal trainer gives you a structured plan built around you.

PERSONALISED AI WORKOUT PLANS

Get a personalised workout plan based on:

• Your fitness goals
• Home or gym training
• Available equipment
• Training frequency
• Experience level
• Preferred session length
• Exercise and training preferences
• Injuries and limitations

Whether you're a beginner looking for guidance or an experienced gym user wanting more structure, your training programme is created around your individual needs rather than a generic workout template.

WORKOUTS THAT ADAPT WITH YOU

Your training shouldn't stay the same while you progress.

Log your workouts, record your lifts and build your training history. The Fit Class uses your progress and feedback to help shape your upcoming training and keep your programme relevant as you move forward.

It's more than an AI workout planner — it's designed to provide the ongoing structure you'd expect from a personal trainer.

PERSONALISED NUTRITION & MEAL PLANS

Training is only part of making progress.

Get personalised nutrition guidance and meal plans built around your goals, lifestyle and dietary preferences.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or improving your overall fitness, your nutrition plan works alongside your training programme.

YOUR AI FITNESS COACH

Need help along the way?

Ask your AI Coach questions about your workouts, exercises, training or nutrition whenever you need additional guidance.

Your weekly coaching also helps you review your progress and keep your training moving in the right direction.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS & PROGRESS

Keep your training organised in one place.

• Log workouts
• Record weights, sets and reps
• Track exercise performance
• Review your training history
• Monitor your progress
• Follow your weekly training plan

Instead of creating a workout and forgetting about it, The Fit Class helps you follow a structured fitness programme over time.

HOME & GYM WORKOUTS

Train wherever works for you.

Your AI personal trainer can build workouts around the equipment available to you, whether you're training in a commercial gym, home gym or at home with limited equipment.

BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS

The Fit Class can personalise your training and nutrition for goals including:

• Weight loss and fat loss
• Building muscle
• Strength training
• Improving fitness
• Home workouts
• Gym workouts
• Building healthier habits
• Getting back into training
