The Woom (World of Outcomes in Medicine) is where people go to research medical and cosmetic care abroad. Real patients share their journeys with photos, costs, timelines, and honest reviews so you can make informed decisions about your care.

If you've ever considered getting a procedure done in another country, you know how hard it is to find trustworthy information. Who's a good doctor? What does it actually cost? What does recovery really look like? Most of what you find online is marketing from clinics or scattered across random forums. The Woom was built to fix that.

Here's how it works:

Explore real patient journeys. See the full picture of someone's experience, from the first consultation to recovery. Photos, costs, provider details, and timeline all in one place.

Find and compare providers. Browse providers across countries like Mexico, Turkey, and Colombia. See who other patients have worked with and what they had to say about their experience.

Share your own journey. Had a procedure abroad? Document it on The Woom. Your experience helps other people make better decisions, and you can post anonymously if you prefer privacy.

Connect directly with providers. Message providers through the app to ask questions, request information, and start your research.

The Woom covers a wide range of procedures and destinations, including dental work, cosmetic surgery, bariatric surgery, fertility treatments, orthopedic care, and more.

Your privacy matters. You control what you share and who sees it. You can post anonymously, and your health information is never shared without your explicit permission. All data is encrypted in transit.

The Woom was built by a founder who went through the process of researching care abroad and saw firsthand how little trustworthy information was out there. This app exists to give patients a real community and real information so they can make confident decisions about their care.
