re-Genesis is the daily companion to the re-Genesis book by Theunis Pienaar. The book is the thread. This app is the needle you pick up each day.

It carries the book's quiet rhythm into your day, one small stitch at a time. No streaks to fail, no noise, no pressure. An invitation, not an interruption.

A DAY IN re-GENESIS

• Morning ritual — the Five Gestures: feel, whisper, touch, breathe, bless. Under five minutes, the anchor of your day.
• Today's belief — a single statement and a small somatic embedding, tied to where you are in the book.
• Evening journal — two short sentences: one stitch you sewed with Love, one moment the old thread pulled.
• Your patchwork quilt — one patch for each day you practice, filling in gently over time. Small stitches become the quilt.

THREE SOUL TECHNOLOGIES

• MSG, Meditative Somatic Gestures — gentle, repeatable gestures the body remembers.
• SEE, Somatic Experiencing Exercises — sensual exercises that surface hidden belief and let it shift.
• WHEN, a gesture library — for the moments the old thread pulls, a gesture for every kind of ache. It opens as you reach the final chapters.

The practices follow the book. Tell the app which chapter you are reading, and your daily belief and practices follow along, chapter by chapter, from the Introduction through to the end.
