TiPJAR — Manager gives hospitality operators the clarity, control and confidence to run fairer tip operations across every team, venue and organisation.

Built for modern hospitality businesses, the TiPJAR — Manager dashboard brings cash-equivalent tip management, tronc workflows, team management, policy configuration, split creation and approvals, and reporting into one streamlined workspace.

Whether you manage one venue or a growing estate, TiPJAR — Manager helps you give the right people the autonomy to take ownership of day-to-day tip operations while keeping standards, visibility and compliance consistent across the business.

Invite team members, assign permissions, manage venues, configure fair distribution policies and track every split from calculation through to approval. Operators can review funds, hours, statuses, fairness rationale and team feedback without chasing spreadsheets or switching between disconnected systems.

With clear dashboards, FairTips™ feedback and policy workflows, TiPJAR — Manager helps businesses build trust with their teams by making tip distribution easier to understand, easier to manage and easier to evidence.
