🔹 **Built on Authentic Ingredients & Cooking Physics:**
Macro calculations are based on real Algerian ingredients (local semolina grades, olive oils, spice blends, fresh local meats) and real cooking physics (steaming, simmering, sauce reduction, and fat retention).
