Tiny Table was born from a very real parenting problem.

I work professionally as a kitchen director, so planning food has always been part of my everyday life. But when my daughter started her journey with solid foods, I discovered that feeding a baby was a completely different challenge.

Even with years of professional kitchen experience, I found myself asking the same questions many parents do:

What should I prepare today?
How do I create enough variety across the week?
What foods and textures should we explore next?
How do I keep track of what she has already tried?
And how do I turn all of that into an actual daily and weekly plan?

I wanted something simple that could bring all of those pieces together — but I couldn’t find the experience I was looking for.

So I started researching age-appropriate foods, feeding stages, textures, allergens, meal variety, and practical planning, and combined that research with my professional kitchen experience.

That became Tiny Table.

Tiny Table is designed to help parents and caregivers make everyday feeding simpler, calmer, and more organized.

Tiny Table was created because I needed it for my own family. My goal is to make the same journey a little easier for other parents too — less time wondering what to prepare next, and more time enjoying the experience of watching a little one discover food.

From first tastes to confident little eaters, one tiny table at a time.

Tiny Table is intended for parents and caregivers and provides general feeding and meal-planning information. It is not a substitute for individualized medical or nutritional advice.
