Trainer Cycle is structured indoor training that combines cycling and strength work in one place, built entirely around your own FTP.

REAL TRAINER CONTROL
Connect over Bluetooth and TrainerCycle actually controls your smart trainer's resistance in real time (ERG mode) — hit your target power without having to shift gears or guess. No more just watching a video while you pedal.

TRAINING PLANS FOR EVERY STAGE
Multi-week structured plans that progress properly — from a complete beginner's first block through to peak-form sharpening. Sweet spot, threshold, VO2 max, endurance, and dedicated strength phases, with deload weeks built in where they matter.

STRENGTH, BUILT IN
Cycling-specific strength sessions sit alongside your rides in the same plan, not bolted on as a separate app. Clear illustrated exercises, sets and reps that scale to your level.

A FULL WORKOUT LIBRARY
Dozens of ready-made rides across every intensity, from short recovery spins to long endurance rides, plus a builder if you want to create your own structured sessions from scratch.

TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Every ride is logged with real power, heart rate, and cadence data. See your Normalized Power, Intensity Factor, and how each session compared to plan. Export to TCX or sync automatically to Strava.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OWN NUMBERS
Every target — in every workout, every plan — is set as a percentage of your own FTP, so the training actually matches your fitness, not a generic program.

WHAT YOU NEED
A Bluetooth-enabled smart trainer (most models from the last several years support this). A heart rate strap is optional but recommended.
