Mitches Macros is a nutrition and physical-readiness tracker for USAFA cadets. It turns the Mitchell Hall dining hall menu into a plate that hits your macro targets, tracks what you actually ate, and scores your PFT and AFT.

BUILD A PLATE THAT HITS YOUR NUMBERS
Pick a day and let the optimizer assemble a plate from the actual Mitchell Hall menu that lands on your calorie target, clears your protein floor, and stays under your carb and fat caps. Do not like an item? Ban it and reroll. Want to build it yourself? Browse breakfast, lunch, dinner, the salad bar, the yogurt bar and your dorm stash, and add items by the eighth of a serving.

SYNCS WITH HEALTH CONNECT
Health Connect is optional, and the app works fully without it. If you connect it, the Logging screen shows your resting heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, VO2 max, sleep, steps and calorie burn next to what you ate, so you can see recovery alongside intake. Your weight and body fat pre-fill the morning readiness card instead of you retyping what your scale recorded. A workout your watch tracked can be imported into your log with one tap, including its calorie burn, which feeds the app's suggestions for how much you can eat back after training. Food you log is written back to Health Connect so your other health apps stay in step. Your health data is shown only to you, is never sold or shared, and you can revoke access at any time.

TRACK WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ATE
Log food in seconds from the dining hall menu, your saved items, or by scanning a barcode. Every macro is tracked, not just calories: protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sodium, sugars, saturated fat, cholesterol and key vitamins.

SCORE YOUR PFT AND AFT
Real scoring tables for pull-ups, the standing long jump, sit-ups, push-ups, the 600-yard run and the 1.5-mile run. See your score update as you move each slider, check whether you are on FIP, and estimate your PEA and Recondo risk before the test, not after.

TRAIN AND RECOVER
Log workouts with METs-based burn estimates or your watch's own calorie count. Record morning readiness, body weight, sleep and body fat. Get burn-based suggestions for eating back what you spent, and apply them to today or tomorrow.

ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY DEVICE
Your log, targets, bans and plate follow your account across the Android app, the iPhone app and mitchesmacros.com. Log breakfast on your phone and it is on the website before you sit down.

SEE THE TREND
Rolling averages for intake, protein, burn, weight and sleep. Goal pacing against your target, and a plain-language read on what to stop, start and continue.
