Quran Hifz is a Quran memorization app: memorize the Quran a little every day, review each passage on the right day, and keep what you learned. Works offline.

One clear hifz lesson a day, and what you know comes back before you forget it. For those on the way to becoming a hafiz, memorizing Juz Amma, learning with a teacher, or returning to the Quran.

DAILY HIFZ LESSON
The lesson is ready, in the traditional order of sabaq, sabqi and manzil:
• New — a short passage to learn today. Listen, read, then recall it from memory.
• Recent — passages from the last days and weeks, repeated on a ladder: +1, +3, +7, +14 and +30 days.
• Old — the passages you know well, passed in a circle so that nothing is lost.
After each ayah you answer honestly: "I remember" or "Hard". Hard ayahs are marked and come back until they stick.

MY PLAN AND FORECAST
Choose what to learn — Juz Amma, Juz Tabarak, the Quran from the start or your own surahs — and set the pace in ayahs a day, or pick a date you want to finish by. The app shows when you will finish. Already know some surahs? Mark them: they go straight into review.

CHECK YOURSELF
• Recall: hints by first letters, every second word or gradual hiding; tap a hidden word to reveal only it.
• A Quiz section: continue the ayah, name the next one, find the start of a surah, put ayahs in order, say where an ayah is.
• "Tell similar ayahs apart" and practice for your hard ayahs.
• You can record your own recitation in Recall and compare it with the reciter; it stays on your phone. The app does not grade your reading.

A REMINDER THAT RESPECTS YOU
Pick the time yourself. If today's lesson is already done, the reminder does not arrive. Pause the plan for 1-14 days if you are ill or travelling: the streak is kept.

READ AND LISTEN
• Two ways to read: text, and mushaf pages like the printed Quran (604 pages, 15 lines), with the current ayah highlighted.
• Juz, Hizb and page marks, a large font, three themes.
• Quran audio from 12 reciters, including Mishary Alafasy, Sudais, Shuraym, Husary and Abdul Basit. A slow Husary recording is made for memorizing.
• While the reciter reads, the current word is highlighted. Tap a word and the audio starts from it.
• Repeat a passage, or echo mode: the reciter reads, then it is your turn. Audio plays with the screen off.
• Tajweed rules in colour, with a legend.

UNDERSTAND
• Several translations for each language.
• Tafsir in the ayah sheet; if your language has none, the app shows another and marks its language.
• Word meanings are in English only.
• Search in a translation downloaded whole.
• Similar ayahs: a mark on the ayah and a list with the difference highlighted.

QURAN OFFLINE
The Arabic text is inside the app, no internet needed. Audio and translations can be downloaded ahead in "Downloads and storage" (Wi-Fi only option).

HONEST PROGRESS
Day streak, 30-day activity, a map of the whole Quran and progress by juz. In the "In detail" section: how well you remember each surah and juz, a calendar of the year, a forecast for the surahs of your plan and your hardest places.
A report for your teacher (ustaz) for a week, a month or your own period: as a picture, a PDF or text.

KHATM, RAMADAN AND WIDGET
• A reading plan for the whole Quran in 30 days or by a date you choose, with a daily portion in pages.
• In Ramadan: a one-month khatm in one tap, and the "Juz of the night" for taraweeh.
• A home screen widget shows today's lesson and your streak.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• No account needed.
• Anonymous statistics and crash reports help us find bugs; you can switch them off in the app.
• Move your progress to another phone through a file. There is no cloud sync.

LANGUAGES
Russian, English, Tajik, Uzbek and Turkish.

GOOD TO KNOW
Quran Hifz does not check your recitation and does not replace a teacher: you judge yourself, the app keeps the schedule.
