Can't sleep because your brain won't stop? Captain Nightcap is a guided wind-down app built for people whose minds race at bedtime — especially if you have ADHD or find it hard to switch off at night.

HOW IT WORKS
Set your bedtime. When your alarm fires, you get a simple choice: take the Green Pill (start winding down) or the Red Pill (see the real cost of staying up, in your own words). No guilt-tripping from us — just an honest checkpoint you set up yourself.

Choose from guided wind-down methods — breathing exercises, brain dumps, calming audio, and screen-free routines — each with a timed, step-by-step runner so you're never guessing what to do next.

Still awake after your first attempt? Captain Nightcap doesn't shame you. It gently nudges you toward another round, and if you genuinely need a pass, it gives you a guilt-free way to write off the night and try again tomorrow.

BUILT FOR MINDS THAT WANDER
If regular sleep apps have never worked for you, it's probably because they weren't designed for a brain like yours. Captain Nightcap uses behavioral nudges — not white noise and platitudes — to actually interrupt the bedtime scroll-and-stall cycle.
