Information can be incomplete, misleading, manipulated, selectively presented, or simply overlooked. UrbanFake provides a space to examine, document, and discuss it.

UrbanFake is a community platform where anyone can share and discuss content, claims, narratives, and topics they believe deserve closer examination.

A report may address misinformation or disinformation, possible manipulation, misleading or incomplete claims, selective framing, undisclosed interests, ideological influence, missing context, or information that appears to be overlooked or underreported.

Users can create a report, provide context, explain their concerns, and open the discussion to others. The community can then contribute different perspectives, challenge interpretations, add context, and continue the debate.

UrbanFake is designed for everyone: members of the public, media professionals, journalists, researchers, creators, analysts, and anyone interested in examining how information is produced, presented, shared, and discussed.

UrbanFake does not determine what is true or false. Reports reflect the views and interpretations of their authors. The platform does not endorse, validate, or reject the claims made in user reports.

With UrbanFake, you can:

• Discover recent and trending reports
• Share content or topics you believe deserve closer examination
• Add context and explain your perspective
• Discuss reports with other users
• Compare different viewpoints
• Explore topics raised by the community
• Block users when needed
• Manage and delete your account directly from the app

A report is not a verdict. It is an invitation to examine, question, and discuss.

UrbanFake provides the space for the debate, not the verdict.
