OHE Utility Tools is the ultimate pocket companion for Indian Railways Traction Distribution (TRD) engineers, site supervisors, draftsmen, and railway electrification contractors. Designed to simplify complex calculations and eliminate manual reference errors on site, this utility app puts critical Overhead Equipment (OHE) technical data, design specifications, and formulas right at your fingertips.
Key Features & Calculators Included:
OHE Foundation Selector & Volume Calculator:
Quickly retrieve dimensions (Along/Across track, Depth) and automatically calculate base concrete volume, volume with normal muffs (
), and volume with BWA muffs (
) for standard foundation types including A, B, BG, MG, DF, P, and PBC.
Track Separation at Turnout:
Calculate precise Track Separation (TS) instantly based on your measured Distance from the Switch Rail Joint (SRJ).
ATD X-Y Parameter Calculator:
Find accurate X and Y values for standard 3-pulley and modified Auto Tensioning Devices (ATD) to ensure perfect tensioning adjustment under varying temperatures.
Transmission Line Crossing Clearances:
Review necessary clearance heights and limits for overhead power line crossings in accordance with Indian Railways ACS-4 regulations, complete with dynamic guidelines under maximum sag conditions.
Mast & Cantilever Schedules:
Reference mast employment tables, cantilever tube settings, dropper scheduling, and minimum implantation signals.
OHE Weight & Component Calculator:
Access the weight schedules of various fitting items and conductors (Contact wire, Catenary wire) to streamline material estimation and loading plans.
Why Choose This App?
