Stop running. Start training. VMAX puts a real coach in your pocket: every workout written by a certified running coach, every pace calibrated to you, and a plan that adapts as you get faster.

Free GPS run tracking for everyone. Training plans, guided workouts, and personalized paces are part of VMAX Pro, which requires a subscription.

WHETHER YOU'RE STARTING FROM ZERO OR CHASING A BQ
Answer a few questions about your experience, your goals, your week, and one recent race (if you have one). VMAX matches you to a program built for your level and your schedule, then guides you through every run, segment by segment, with live pace targets and a coach's voice in your ear. No generic templates. No AI-generated workouts. Just today's run, your pace range, and an explanation of why it matters.

FREE FOR EVERY RUNNER

• Treadmill mode with step-based distance and stride calibration

• Personal records and best efforts across standard distances, with shareable record cards
• A Trophy Case of 3D awards for your running, including an engraved crystal trophy for every personal best

VMAX PRO (SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED)
Everything below is part of VMAX Pro.

PERSONALIZED, COACH-WRITTEN PLANS
14 programs, from the 5K to the full marathon, plus base building, speed, and stamina blocks, with tempo runs, intervals, hill work, and VO2 max sessions. Every session is written by a certified coach and personalized to you through a short questionnaire. Select how many days you'd like to run per week, choose your long-run day, schedule around a race date, and preview any program before you commit.

PACES THAT ARE ACTUALLY YOURS
Give VMAX a recent race result, time trial, or honest estimate and it calculates your training paces, always delivered as ranges rather than a single number to hit. Stay in range and you know you're getting the intended training benefit. See your projected finish across standard race distances, and watch your paces move with you as your fitness improves.

RUN WITH A COACH IN YOUR EAR
Every workout comes with a full prescription (warmup, main set, recovery, cooldown), coach instructions, and a short note on what physiological adaptation the session elicits. Guided workout mode shows live per-segment targets with a pace-zone gauge, with spoken cues in a real coach's voice, not text-to-speech. Save your favorite workouts and run them again anytime.

A PLAN THAT BENDS, NOT BREAKS
Miss your long run and VMAX offers to reschedule it. Come back from illness or injury and it eases you back in instead of cramming missed sessions. If your training is consistently too hard, it checks in and offers an easier level. Opt in to heat-adjusted paces and UV reminders. Every adjustment is automatic, explained, and reversible.

VMAX Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play.

VMAX is a training and fitness app, not a medical device. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program.
