Stop writing reports at night.

You finished the inspection two hours ago. You are still moving photos into Word, fighting page breaks and retyping notes you already wrote by hand.

Inkspect builds the site report while you work. Photo, tap the defect, one line of text. Then one tap: a client-ready A4 PDF with cover page, table of contents, page numbers and numbered photo markers. Done before you walk back to the car.

What your client receives

A professional inspection report, not a folder of photos. Cover page. Automatic table of contents with page numbers. Photo galleries at 2 or 4 per row. Numbered markers on each image with a caption legend underneath. Nothing formatted by hand.

What you do on site

• Projects — one project per client, site or job. Full history and instant full-text search.
• Structured reports — sections with text, photo galleries and notes. Reorder with one tap.
• Photo markers — tap the defect on the image, write the caption. It lands in the PDF.
• One-tap PDF export — preview, then send by email or messaging.
• Fully offline — basements, tunnels, remote sites. No signal needed, ever.

No account. No cloud. No per-seat pricing.

Your reports and photos stay on your device. There is nothing to log into and nothing to sync. Field platforms charge you every month, per user, for dispatch, BIM and ticketing you will never open.

Built for

• Independent inspectors and surveyors
• Loss adjusters documenting damage with photo evidence
• Small maintenance and installation firms reporting equipment status
• Building and site inspectors tracking progress, defects and snag lists
• Consultants recording field observations

Not built for

Inkspect is not a construction management platform. No crew dispatch, no BIM, no team ticketing. It does one thing: it turns a site visit into a report you are proud to send.

Download Inkspect and send your next site report from the field.
