Charles writes your gym plan, then coaches you through it.

We are personal trainers and coaches. We built Charles for the people we could not train ourselves.

Most gym apps log the workout you already planned. That only helps if you already know what to do. Charles does that part.

Stop guessing. Just train.

WHO BUILT CHARLES

We have coached in gyms in Munich and Berlin. A coach who writes your training costs more than most people can pay. So most people guess instead. They copy a split off the internet. They run it until it stops working. Then they guess again.

Charles is what we would write for you if you hired one of us. Same method. Same questions we would ask on day one.

He listens the whole time. Every set you log moves the next target. Tell him something hurts and he swaps the movement there and then. Tell him anything in the chat and he remembers.

Then every four weeks he takes all of it and rewrites the whole month. He plans in months and thinks in years. The hard months and the lighter months are placed on purpose, so you keep progressing instead of stalling at week ten.

A program is what somebody else did. A plan is what you should do next. Charles writes the second one.

WHAT EARLY LIFTERS SAY

"I never have to think about training plans anymore. Charles takes care of the structure, the focus, and the progression, so I can just show up and train."
Daniel Mercer

"I had a shoulder injury and was nervous about training again, but Charles helped me ease back into it slowly and safely. I'm finally rebuilding confidence and strength."
Emily Hartwell

"I travel a lot for work, so the holiday mode has been a game changer. It keeps me consistent without making training feel impossible when I'm away."
Marcus Bennett

WHAT YOU GET
- A plan written for you. Not a workout generator. Charles builds the whole plan around your body, your experience and your goals.
- It changes as you do. What you lifted last time sets what you lift next.
- It trains around your pain. Something hurts, you tell Charles, and he swaps the movement. No pushing through an injury.
- It is built for your gym. Tell Charles what equipment you have and he plans around it. Real exercises for the kit you actually have.
- It works with what you already wear. Charles reads Health Connect, so an Oura ring, a Whoop band or a Garmin watch tell him how you slept and how recovered you are. Your finished sessions reach the health app you already use, and training you logged elsewhere sits next to your plan.
- Holiday. Away from your gym? Charles gives you short sessions so you never fully stop.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Assess. About a dozen questions on your strength, history, equipment and any injuries.
2. Get your plan. Charles builds it on screen. Your first month opens straight away. The rest open as you train.
3. Train. Open the app, follow today's session, log your sets, and get on with your day.

WHO IT IS FOR
Lifters who want structure instead of guessing. Beginners who want to start right the first time. Anyone who outgrew set logging apps.

Charles is built for the gym. If you train at home with no equipment, he is not for you.

WHY STRENGTH TRAINING
Thirty to sixty minutes of muscle strengthening a week is linked to a 10 to 17 percent lower risk of early death (Momma et al., British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2022). You are not just chasing a number on the bar. You are buying back healthy years.

Charles speaks seven languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Turkish.
