You're tired for a reason. Not because you're out of shape — because your load is real.

Traditional fitness trackers think you're "sedentary" when you're standing for 10 hours protecting your kids at a concert, doing the school run, covering someone's shift, or managing the invisible labor of a full household. VitalForge is the only app built for the life you actually lead.

We give you an Effort Score from 1–100 that counts all of it.

HOW IT WORKS

VitalForge uses the Compendium of Physical Activities (Arizona State University) — the same MET-based science used in clinical research — to score your real daily effort. Your weight matters. A 100kg person standing for 8 hours works harder than a 60kg athlete jogging for 20 minutes. Your data should reflect that.

Effort Score = (Your Weight × Duration × MET) / Factor

We prioritize volume of real life over intensity of sport.

WHY VITALFORGE?

Physics That Respects You: A 100kg parent standing all day is a physical feat. Our Who Am I calibration uses your specific mass to calculate true effort. A 35kg child doesn't fight gravity the same way you do — and your data should reflect that.

The Auditor (Anti-Gaming): We don't inflate your ego. Our server-side engine applies scientific caps and diminishing returns. A 95 Effort Score actually means something.

Recovery for Real People: The Recovery Index isn't just about sleep. It's Sleep + Vitality + Life Load. It knows when you're drained from a long day of errands and tells you when it's actually time to rest — in plain language.

One Notification. Not Ten: We send one evening push reminder to rate your day. No morning nudges, no hydration spam. Just one 10-second check-in that builds your load history over time.
