Every other app is sharp with you, and always in a hurry. Waddle is not. Waddle gets to know you first.

WHAT KIND OF PENGUIN ARE YOU?

Some of us need a long warm-up. Some of us only move when the deadline is breathing down our neck. Some of us start five things at once. None of that is wrong. It is just your type.

Answer a few questions and meet your very own penguin. There are ten of them — the Diesel Penguin, the Clutch Penguin, the Side-Quest Penguin, the Out-of-Sight Penguin, and more.

Then Waddle settles in around your type. Every routine is shaped the way that works best for your type, and reminders are suggested for the time that suits you.

Got your type? Send the card to your friends — and do it together!

WHEN STARTING FEELS IMPOSSIBLE

Starting something is daunting. You have lost count of the times you never started at all, simply because you did not know where or how to begin.

Tell Waddle what you have to do, in one sentence. Waddle gently builds the routine for you — shaped for your type.

Sometimes there is just too much of it. When that happens, go WAAAH and pour all of it onto Waddle. Waddle will sort your thoughts out, together with you.

DRESS UP YOUR PENGUIN

Your penguin friend is cold right now (it is not wearing anything at all). Finish missions and you can put clothes on it, buy it gloves, tie a scarf around its neck. However you dress it, that is how it comes with you everywhere — including when you go and meet your friends.

SHOW WHAT YOU GOT DONE

Share what you finished — you and your own penguin, with your friends. What people with ADHD get done deserves respect, and deserves to be shown. Focus is hard, and you did it anyway — that makes it bigger. And if you like a friend's routine, they can hand it straight to you.

NO STREAKS. JUST COMEBACKS.

Away for a few days? That is completely okay. Waddle will never punish you, and will never show you a broken streak. Honestly, those things are just stressful. Waddle will simply be glad to see you again — it may even have caught you a fish while you were away.

Starting again is worth celebrating. Never be embarrassed about coming back. We are celebrating your comeback!

BODY DOUBLING, WITHOUT THE CAMERA

Let's body double together — unwashed, with your penguin friend out front.

Body doubling builds an environment where you can actually focus. But getting there was always so much work. You had to wash your face just to turn the camera on, and there were limits on who you could do it with and where. So we do it with penguins instead. The penguin you dressed yourself stands in front of the screen for you.

And there is one more fun thing: the routine you made yourself, you can run it together with a friend!

MADE TO FEEL FAMILIAR TO AN ADHD BRAIN

- A penguin that speaks to you gently — leave the commands and the guilt with the other apps!
