Run the paperwork behind your flooring business without losing the day to admin. FloorMate brings quoting, invoicing, floor measurements, expenses, jobs and reporting into one focused workspace built for Australian flooring professionals.

QUOTE AND INVOICE WITH CONFIDENCE

Create detailed estimates and tax invoices with reusable clients and items. Apply GST, discounts, deposits and payment terms, then turn an accepted estimate into an invoice without entering the work again.

MEASURE FOR THE REAL JOB

Calculate room areas, add wastage and convert measurements into practical material quantities. FloorMate supports flooring-specific calculations for planks, packs, rolls and tiles using metric measurements.

KEEP EVERY JOB CONNECTED

Organise documents, measurements, photos, variations, expenses, purchase items and scheduled work around the job they belong to. Duplicate documents and use recurring invoice drafts for repeat work.

CAPTURE COSTS AND UNDERSTAND MARGIN

Record expenses, attach receipt images and use on-device text recognition to help identify receipt details. Compare externally recorded income with expenses to understand job profitability and yearly performance.

SEND PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS

Generate polished PDF estimates, invoices and receipts, then share them or prepare an email using the apps already on your Android device. Track outstanding, overdue, partially paid and paid invoices in one place.
