Elder Bond — One tap lets your family know you're OK or need help.

Elder Bond is a simple, real-time safety and check-in app that keeps families connected. With a single tap, an elder can instantly let their caregivers know they're doing well — or send an urgent alert the moment something's wrong.

How It Works

No accounts, no passwords, nothing to type. Elder Bond pairs devices with a simple 6-digit code, and everything after that happens through instant push notifications.

Daily Check-Ins — Tapping "I am OK" immediately notifies every linked caregiver ("Elder checked in — Your elder tapped 'I am OK'."), so they know their loved one is safe without needing to call or check in themselves.

Urgent Help Alerts — If something's wrong, tapping "I Need Help" sends an urgent, high-priority alert ("CRITICAL EMERGENCY NOTICE: Your elder has requested assistance!") that cuts through Do Not Disturb and demands attention.

Acknowledgments — Caregivers can acknowledge a check-in directly from the notification — no need to open the app. Once acknowledged, everyone connected to that elder can see it, so no one has to wonder if someone else already handled it.

Check-In History — Caregivers can view the last 30 days of check-ins and help requests in one place, so nothing gets lost track of.

Cross-Platform by Design

Elder Bond works seamlessly whether the elder and caregivers are on iPhone, Android, or a mix of both. Pairing works identically across platforms — the elder's phone and every caregiver's phone can be any combination of iOS and Android.

Runs Reliably in the Background
Alerts arrive even when the app is closed or the phone is locked, so caregivers never miss a check-in or a help request because they forgot to open the app.
