See site issues exactly where they happen — now with cloud sync and team collaboration.

Site Audit Plan turns site inspections, snag lists and punch lists into clear, visual PDF or Excel (XLSX) reports. Mark issues directly on a PDF site plan, attach multiple photos, and generate professional inspection reports that clients and contractors instantly understand — on site or off, online or offline.

Whether you're conducting building inspections, construction walkthroughs, defect surveys or quality assurance checks, this site audit app helps you document issues with precision and share them with your team in real time.

Key Features

Pin Issues on a Site Plan
Upload a PDF site plan and place issue markers exactly where problems occur. No more guessing locations or cross-referencing notes — every defect, snag or observation is mapped for instant understanding.

Cloud Sync & Team Collaboration
Sign in to sync reports and projects securely to the cloud. Invite colleagues, contractors or clients as collaborators on a single report or an entire project, so everyone sees the latest issues, photos and plan markers from any device.

Photo Documentation
Capture up to three photos per issue to show context, detail or progress. Save photos to your device gallery any time, and view fully annotated images in every generated report.

Detailed Issue Tracking
Record issue titles, descriptions, assignees and statuses, and link each one to its exact location on the site plan.

Professional PDF & Excel Reports
Generate clear, structured reports that include:
- Report title, client, reference, author name, author company, logo & signature
- Site plans with pinned issue markers
- Issue titles, details and annotated photos
- Batch export every report in a project as a single ZIP download
Perfect for sharing with clients, contractors, consultants, surveyors or internal teams.

Work Online or Offline
Start reports offline in the field with no signal, then sync to the cloud when you're back online. Free accounts can manage up to 3 reports; upgrade to Pro for unlimited reports and unlimited collaboration.
