XOver Trainer is the official companion app for the XrossOver Training Vest, delivering workouts powered by a personal AI coach that corrects athletes in real time, like an in-person trainer.
The app provides the structured workouts, coaching intelligence, and training logic, while the vest captures movement data. Together, they function as a personal AI coach that observes your motion and delivers instant, coach-like corrections during every rep, not after the workout.
HOW IT WORKS:
• The XrossOver Training Vest captures basketball-specific movement
• The XOver Trainer app runs the workouts and AI coaching system
• Athletes receive real-time feedback and corrections, just like working with a coach
