Stop doomscrolling and start earning your screen time. Luma is a unique app blocker that rewards you for real-life progress, turning focus and healthy habits into time for the apps you enjoy. Instead of setting another limit you can ignore, Luma creates a positive loop: do something meaningful first, then enjoy your apps intentionally.

Earn Screen Time, Don't Just Limit It
Turn your phone from a source of distraction into a tool for motivation. Luma’s system is built on a simple exchange: real life first, screen time second. Every productive action you take builds up a bank of time you can spend guilt-free.
• Complete healthy habits like reading, exercise, or cleaning to earn time credits.
• Start a focus timer for deep work or studying and get rewarded for every minute.
• Turn productivity into coins you can spend to unlock your favorite apps when you choose.
• Build a positive motivation loop instead of fighting against strict, easy-to-abandon limits.

A Flexible App Blocker
You set the rules. Luma gives you the tools to enforce them in a way that feels fair and earned, helping you reduce phone addiction without treating your device as the enemy. This is a smarter blocking system designed for real life.
• Choose exactly which social media, video, or game apps you want to manage.
• Decide how many earned minutes it costs to unlock an app for a set period of time.
• Let the app blocker automatically re-secure your apps when your unlocked time runs out.
• Regain control with a system that encourages intentional, not mindless, scrolling.

Build Real-Life Habits & Streaks
Go beyond simple timers and blockers by integrating real-world activities into your routine. Luma helps you build momentum with daily quests and custom tasks that matter to you, tracking your consistency with streaks.
• Take on practical daily quests like making your bed or clearing your desk to build a streak.
• Create your own custom tasks for studying, meditation, chores, or any personal goal.
• Track your earned minutes, coins, and recent activity to see your progress over time.
• Use the before-and-after photo flow to verify tasks and stay accountable (Luma Plus feature).

A Smarter Focus Timer
Protect your most valuable resource: your attention. Use Luma as your dedicated focus companion for studying, work, or any activity that requires deep concentration. It’s a focus timer that actively rewards you for staying on task.
• Complete focus sessions for studying or work to earn time for well-deserved breaks.
• Earn rewards directly from your completed focus sessions to use on the apps you choose.
• Transform your phone from a constant distraction into a powerful productivity partner.
• Use it as a study timer to ensure you get your work done before you relax with social media.

How The Luma System Works
Getting started is simple. The entire process is designed to be intuitive, putting you in charge of your time and attention without complicated configurations. This is how our app blocker puts you back in control.
• First, select the distracting social media, video, or game apps you want to manage.
• Next, choose a real-life task, daily quest, or focus session to complete from your list.
• Earn coins for your progress: 1 coin equals 1 minute of redeemable screen time.
• Finally, spend your earned coins to unlock a blocked app for a limited and intentional time.

Private by Design
Your privacy is essential. Luma is designed to function effectively without ever compromising your personal data. The permissions it requests are used for the sole purpose of making the app blocker features work as intended.
• Luma uses Android's Accessibility Service only to detect when a blocked app is opened.
• The app blocker never reads your messages, passwords, typed text, or content inside other apps.
• Usage Access is used to calculate your app usage.
• You are in full control and can disable these permissions at any time in your phone's settings.
