Hey Tripper is a place-discovery app with AI. Tell it your mood — a budget-friendly spot, somewhere in nature, an artsy corner, a local favorite, or a place for traditional culture — and it picks one great match nearby, powered by Google Places and Gemini AI. No browsing endless lists. No day-by-day planning. Just one solid recommendation, right now.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a mood (or write your own request in plain language)
2. Choose a place type — restaurant, cafe, attraction, or activity
3. Search near your current location, or type in any city or region
4. Get an AI-picked recommendation with details, then save it to revisit later
5. See everything you've saved on a map

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR
• "A quiet cafe locals go to, not tourists"
• "Somewhere to relax in nature"
• "A space with an artsy, creative feel"
• "A place to experience local history and heritage"
• "Something budget-friendly near me"
• Or just describe exactly what you're in the mood for — Hey Tripper reads it and finds a match

WHO IT'S FOR
For travelers standing somewhere right now, not planners mapping out day three of a trip. If you've ever given up on a map app after fifteen minutes and just walked into whatever was closest — or asked a chatbot for a recommendation and then had no way to actually get there — Hey Tripper is built for that exact moment, not the one before it

WHY HEY TRIPPER
Finding a good place while you're traveling usually means fifteen minutes of scrolling a map, comparing star ratings, and still ending up somewhere random. Asking a chatbot is faster, but the answer just sits in a chat window — nothing built for the street you're standing on, nothing to save, nothing that drops a pin.

Hey Tripper isn't a trip-itinerary builder. It doesn't try to schedule your whole day. It solves one problem well: "I want to go somewhere good, right now, that matches how I feel." Real place data comes from Google Places; the matching and reasoning come from Gemini AI, so recommendations are grounded in real places, not made up.
