ZTrucking Driver is the official mobile app for commercial drivers working with carriers that use the ZTrucking platform. It helps carriers streamline driver workflows while keeping safety, compliance, and operational tasks organized in one place.

This app is not a standalone service. It works as part of a carrier-managed system where access, tasks, and visibility are controlled by the carrier to ensure secure and compliant operations.

ZTrucking Driver simplifies driver onboarding by presenting everything required in one place as soon as a driver profile is created. Drivers can upload required documents, complete employment applications, review and sign carrier policies, and track onboarding progress without paperwork or duplicate data entry. This allows carriers to onboard drivers faster while maintaining accurate compliance records.

The app supports carrier safety programs by keeping drivers aligned with compliance requirements. Drivers can see assigned tasks, receive reminders for expiring or missing documents, and complete required inspections such as pre-trip, post-trip, and annual inspections directly from their mobile device. Safety-related reminders and updates help reduce missed requirements and improve overall compliance visibility.

ZTrucking Driver also supports maintenance and inspection awareness by notifying drivers when action is required. As capabilities expand, inspections may be initiated based on operational activity, helping carriers maintain consistent inspection records with minimal manual effort.

Drivers can view active load information and perform load-related actions directly in the app. Carriers can request updates or location sharing when needed, improving communication and operational visibility without relying on calls, texts, or third-party tools. Load-related documents can be submitted directly through the app, keeping records organized and accessible.

The app supports carrier processes for tracking safety-related events such as incidents, violations, or disciplinary actions as part of the carrier’s compliance framework. This helps maintain accurate records and consistent follow-up.

ZTrucking Driver enables carriers to operate with little to no manual data entry by allowing drivers to complete required actions directly in the app. Documents, inspections, acknowledgments, and updates flow into the carrier system automatically, helping carriers stay audit-ready while reducing administrative workload.

Drivers receive notifications for required actions, expiring documents, inspection or maintenance reminders, and payment or settlement updates. This ensures important updates are not missed and keeps drivers and carriers aligned at all times.

An active ZTrucking carrier account is required. Access and features are provided and managed by the carrier. This app is designed for professional commercial drivers and supports FMCSA-aligned compliance workflows. It does not provide dispatching or brokerage services.
