Say what happened. Keep your health details together.

Speak or type about symptoms and daily wellbeing. Guided questions can help you add detail, so you can save a clearer health log and have useful information ready for your next appointment.

Zivala is free to download. Some features require Zivala Premium.

Zivala helps you log symptoms, organise health information, review your own history, and prepare notes or questions for healthcare appointments. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend medical decisions, and it does not provide emergency support. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
