Iron Commissar guides hardstyle kettlebell training and keeps the record.

Pick a program and it tells you what to do. Follow the phases, meet the
standard, move up. No planning, no guesswork, no spreadsheet.

THREE PROGRAMS, FREE
1. Simple & Sinister: the classic. Five phases of swings and Turkish
get-ups, from building the base to the timed standard.

2. Program Minimum: the floor. Three phases. Do this and nothing else.

3. The Daily Practice: short sessions, every day. Volume through
frequency.

Each program moves through phases at your own bell weight. Clear a
phase and it's recorded. Run the same program at a heavier bell and
earn it again.

BUILT FOR HARDSTYLE
Grinds, ballistics, complexes and loaded carries, each logged the way
the work is actually done. Unilateral exercises track both arms
separately.

Protocols for the way you train: EMOM, AMRAP, AFAP, intervals, and
timed holds.

Rest timers that run in the background so you can put the phone down.

YOUR RECORDS
Personal records tracked per exercise, heaviest load, most volume,
best density, and left and right arms separately where it matters.

Trophy Room collects every phase you clear and every record you set.

Tonnage, density, fatigue and left/right imbalance charted over time.
