Siyara runs one signature class a day, Monday to Saturday, in a 60-minute format across three stations — rowers and skiers, bikes, and strength and mat work. Intensity is personalised from your VO2 max evaluation.

The clinic treats lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, frozen shoulder, knee and sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Recovery sessions combining dry needling, cupping, myofascial release and assisted stretching are booked through the front desk.

This app is a companion to care you receive in person at Siyara. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified clinician.
