Monthly Rule lets you learn about and explore six tactical asset allocation strategies, each grounded in published research by Wouter Keller and co-authors.

Six research-based dual momentum strategies:
• VAA — Vigilant Asset Allocation (Keller & Keuning, 2017)
• DAA — Defensive Asset Allocation (Keller & Keuning, 2018)
• PAA — Protective Asset Allocation (Keller & van Putten, 2016)
• HAA — Hybrid Asset Allocation (Keller & Keuning, 2023)
• BAA — Bold Asset Allocation (Keller, 2022)
• LAA — Lethargic Asset Allocation (Keller, 2019)

Choose the strategies you follow and they appear as cards on the home screen, each showing which ETFs its rule holds this month and when that decision was set. There is nothing to enter — the month's decision is computed from live market prices each time you open the app.

Open a card for the full allocation, the reason the rule went offensive or defensive, and a preview of what the next month-end rebalance would say on today's prices.

For UK investors, switching region in Settings maps every asset class to an LSE-listed UCITS ETF, since the tickers in the original papers are not practically available from a UK broker. You can substitute your own tickers for any asset class.

No account, no ads, nothing to buy. Links to the original research papers for each strategy are available at monthlyrule.com.
