TutorPulse is a clean, local-first workspace built for private tutors.

When someone asks, “How is the student doing?”, you should not have to rebuild weeks of progress from memory.

TutorPulse helps you keep student records organised as you teach, then turn those records into clear progress updates you can review or share in seconds.

KEEP EVERY STUDENT ORGANISED

Track active and archived students, learning goals, lessons, bookings, homework, paper results, notes, ratings and topics in one place.

LOG LESSONS WHILE THEY ARE FRESH

Record what you covered, lesson duration, student progress, homework, ratings, tags and payment status after each lesson.

CREATE CLEAR PROGRESS UPDATES

Use your saved records to prepare a concise progress message and a shareable One-Pager showing a student’s progress, strengths, areas to improve and next focus.

Share it with students, parents or anyone you choose — or simply keep it as a clear record of progress.

TRACK PAPERS AND PROGRESS

Save assessment results, topic breakdowns and learning notes so you can see how each student is progressing over time.

STAY ON TOP OF BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Schedule one-off or repeating lessons, keep track of completed bookings, and record payment status and amounts received.

SEE YOUR TUTORING AT A GLANCE

TutorPulse gives you a clear Tutor Dashboard with teaching hours, lessons taught, students with activity, papers logged, average lesson duration and booking completion.

TutorPulse Pro adds deeper tutor analytics, including workload views, income and payment trends, student comparisons and tag insights.

LOCAL-FIRST BY DEFAULT

Your tutoring records are stored on your device by default. TutorPulse does not require a TutorPulse account or operate cloud sync for your tutoring records.

You stay in control of when information leaves your device, such as when you choose to share a progress summary, create a backup, or add a copy to your device calendar.

BACKUP AND TRANSFER

Create a local backup of your TutorPulse records and save or share it using a service you choose. Restore your records when moving to another device.

BUILT FOR PRIVATE TUTORS

TutorPulse is designed for tutors who want less admin, clearer student records and a simple, professional way to track and communicate progress.

Available in English and Traditional Chinese.

TutorPulse Pro is available as an optional annual auto-renewing subscription through your app store.
