Metronomania is a metronome built around one glowing circle. There are no menus and no settings screens: you play it with a tap, a turn, a pull, a swipe and a shake.

PLAY AND SET THE TEMPO
• Tap the circle to start or stop the click.
• Turn the circle clockwise to speed up, anticlockwise to slow down, like a dial.
• Any tempo from 20 to 300 BPM, shown as one huge outlined numeral.

TAP TEMPO
• Tap the numeral in time with the music and Metronomania picks up the tempo. Each tap lands with a meteor-impact effect.

SHAPE THE BAR
• Long-press the numeral to open the beat sheet.
• Choose 3 or 4 beats per bar.
• Give each beat its own sound level: accent, regular, soft or muted.

SAVE YOUR SONGS
• Pull the bottom of the circle down. It darkens like a solar eclipse and opens into a card where you name the song.
• Saved songs burst into sparks that gather in a glowing bar at the bottom of the screen, and the bar grows as you save more.
• Keep as many playlists as you like, each one a coloured dot. Tap + for a new one; long-press a dot to delete it.
• Tap a song to load it. Swipe left to delete, swipe right to rename, long-press and drag to reorder.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Shake the phone to open the colour palette.
• Pick a preset (Violet, Aqua, Ember, Rose, Lime), slide along the hue track to any colour, or choose Multicolour and the whole app shifts colour on every beat.
• Set the beat vibration to off, light or heavy.

MADE FOR PRACTICE
• Sample-accurate audio timing keeps the click steady at every tempo.
• A haptic pulse on each beat lets you feel the beat as well as hear it, even with the screen locked.
• Lock the phone mid-practice and the click plays on, with one quiet notification line showing the tempo and bar, and a Stop button.
• Wake the phone and the metronome is right there over the lock screen.
• If your headphones disconnect, the click stops instead of carrying on through the speaker.
• Works with TalkBack: the circle offers actions to change the tempo, edit the beats, save a song and change colours, and each song offers rename, delete and move actions.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads, no accounts, no sign-in.
• No analytics or tracking.
• No internet connection: the app does not request internet access at all.
• Your tempo, bar, songs, playlists and colours are stored on your phone.
