Not sure what to do next? Tell Next Move AI how much time and energy you have. It gives you the one thing worth doing right now, based on your own goals.

Most apps give you a longer list. Next Move AI gives you one move.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell it what matters: your life goals, your habits, your tasks and your personal mottos.
2. Tap "What should I do now?" and say how much time and energy you have, and where you are.
3. Get one clear suggestion: what to do, why it matters for your goals, a first step you can start within 2 minutes, and how long it will take.
Mark it Done, ask for another idea, or skip it. The coach will not repeat what you just turned down.

EVERYTHING THE COACH NEEDS, IN ONE APP
- Life Goals: tell the coach what is important to you
- Habit Tracker: build habits in 14-day cycles instead of endless streaks
- Tasks: a to-do list with priorities and due dates
- Philosophy: save your own mottos and quotes, with a daily quote on the Tracker
- Quick Log: timestamped notes you can search and edit
- History: every past cycle, archived for review

WHY 14-DAY CYCLES
A streak that runs forever breaks the first bad week. Here you commit to two weeks, review how you did, archive it, and start fresh.

AI COACH PASS (OPTIONAL)
Habit tracking, tasks, log and history are free. The AI Coach needs one of these:
- AI Coach Pass: a monthly subscription with no setup, up to 20 suggestions a day
- Your own Anthropic API key, if you already have one

The subscription is billed through Google Play and renews monthly until you cancel in Google Play > Subscriptions.

YOUR DATA
Your goals, habits, tasks and logs are stored on your phone. There is no account to create. When you use the AI Coach, the details needed for a suggestion (your goals, habits, tasks and recent log entries) are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate it. Back up or move your data any time with CSV export and import in Settings.
